When we get into the gym we take off our shoes and socks and we go onto the spring mat. We usually play stuck in the mud and do these moves, straddle, tuck and pike. After that we go into our rotations which are staying at the mat and practicing gymnastic skills, doing obstacles and practicing our motorbike landing, going on the big trampoline and doing obstacles while we're waiting and jumping into the pit. Once we've finished every rotation we get to have a drink and then we put our shoes and socks on and leave.
